Return Policy

At Velvet Eyewear®, customer satisfaction is our goal.

If your unworn, regular-priced item purchased directly from VelvetEyewear.com does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund to your original payment method. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Returns received outside of this 30-day window may be declined and returned to the sender.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unworn, returned with all original components including the eyewear, case, and cleaning cloth, free from damage caused by misuse or handling by the customer, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

To help keep our prices affordable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Velvet Eyewear® will only reimburse original shipping charges and provide return shipping at no cost if you received the wrong item due to our error or if the item arrived defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

1-Year Warranty

All Velvet Eyewear® products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service before returning the item. The email is cs@velveteyewear.com. Warranty claims will be reviewed and, at Velvet Eyewear's discretion, eligible products may be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a comparable style if the original style is no longer available.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care or handling.

Additional Information

Refunds are issued based on the item's most recent selling price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from VelvetEyewear.com. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as Velvet Eyewear® is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Refunds cannot exceed the original purchase price of the item.
